Pros: This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at which is a huge plus! I didn't hear anyone in the halls anytime we were in the hotel or during the night. The staff were very pleasant. Complimentary iced water at front desk during check in. Beds were comfortable, pillows were decent. Walk to the beginning of waterfront is 10mins but 30mins to the opposite end.
Cons: Hair in the tub. This was not the worst thing but some may care.
No bar of soap/body wash for the shower. Wifi box on the ceiling has the brightest light of life, not great for light sensitive sleepers.
Toilet paper is not great.
No clear gluten free options for included breakfast.**They did bring me Gluten free toast & small side of bacon in addition to the boiled eggs at the buffet :) Website states bacon, eggs & hashbrowns they rotate between sausage or bacon as well as scrambled eggs or hard boiled.
I do not recommend eating here if you are celiac, there was a language barrier when I asked about options the night before. I'm okay w/some cross contamination. The gentlemen working in the morning was lovely, he understood & confirmed sausages contain breadcrumbs & hashbrowns are not gluten free.
Aside from the cereal & sliced bread (which was on a separate table) the bacon, sausage & eggs should naturally be gluten free & offered as an option. This could be greatly improved & would bring in more clientele.
They did have another buffet option for a cost which had pancakes etc. not gluten friendly.
