It felt as if LivAway is stuck somewhere between a regular mid-range hotel and an extended stay facility. It had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a 2-place cooker, dishwasher and sink. But, with 2 queen beds ( allowing for 4 people) there were only 2 each bowls, plates, forks, spoons, and knives. No cooking utensils or pots/pans of any type. No paper towels, napkins, facial tissues or other convenience items. Also only 2 towels in the bathroom.
Next, we wanted blankets for the beds. No blankets anywhere in the room. We called tried to call the front desk. Pressed the "operator" button on the room phone and got a messasge that "the person is unable to answer the phone and does not have a mailbox setup. So, I went down to the front desk and asked. David was at the front desk and told me that he could solve the blanket issue. However, we had to stop on 2 different floors because he said there was only 1 BLANKET PER FOLOOR!
(BTW David was extremely helpful and professional.)
All that said, it was clean, new, nice finishes and a convenient location.
