I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff, room accommodations and environment perfectly captures the spirit and flavor of Pura Vida. It is truly a sanctuary for a person or couple looking to relax and enjoy the essence of Costa Rica.

Kevin the manager is AMAZING!!!... Everything you see in the pictures are accurate but are even better in person. Go there if you get the chance, the staff is amazing, location is too, right on the river... Just go and enjoy what they have to offer.

Hotel Sanctuarium was a truly amazing experience! It is a large, beautiful property surrounded by rainforest. We loved our large, comfortable room, which was decorated for our anniversary. All the food we ate at the hotel restaurant was amazing, and we had a panoramic view of the rainforest for every meal. The staff, including Yeraldin, Kevin, and Fabiola, were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Sanctuarium if you are staying near La Fortuna!

Had a lovely stay. All of the staff are wonderful and so accommodating. They go out of their way to make for a special stay. Grounds are immaculate. Loved seeing all the wildlife.

If you want to disconnect in luxury with incredibly attentive staff, this is the place to be. The property is a true sanctuary, peaceful and private, everything is spotless and new, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. Just as important, the restaurant was excellent and easily the best food we had during our entire trip. Highly recommend!

When we arrived my wife and I we were welcomed by Jerry and Geraldine from the firs moment they makes us feel VIP . All of their staff share the same goal to make us feel important, and we were. We estayed for four nights, and our experience was 100% ++ satisfied. Hotel rooms, garden, food, location, and the river in the back was great 👍 We recommend this hotel 100%

Superbe hôtel boutique dans la jungle. Tout était parfait. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel tellement professionnel et sympathique. Notre chambre était une suite avec vue panoramique, wow Nous avons beaucoup aimé descendre à la rivière. La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe. Le luxe dans la nature!

we had an amazing time at this boutique hotel. Amazing breakfast,the staff were very kind and smoky face . The garden was impeccable, very close to the fun activities and fortuna fall , restaurant recommendation was great. Impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Splurged for a nice hotel for a few days in La fortuna. This place was wonderful. Great location a few minutes out of town but still restaurants and things to do nearby. This is a beautiful property with lots of wildlife and a peaceful river you can walk down to. You can see the volcano clearly from the pool and front area. Feel more like a resort than a hotel. The staff was very attentive and they all remembered my name. Great breakfast as well, I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very nice and relaxing. What really set it apart was the hospitality. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Genesis and Kevin in particular really went above and beyond. Kevin recommended some great areas to check out locally and Genesis did as well. Make sure to ask Genesis to make you her signature drink. It is the yummiest Jamaica drink I’ve ever had!

Property is brand new. Kevin and his team were so hospitable. Their level of service was just wonderful. They provided a to go breakfast before we left for a 6 am excursion. They led us on a hike in the back of the property. We enjoyed the friendly check-ins throughout our stay. So attentive to our needs. Not to mention the stunning views of the Arenal volcano at sunset and stunning sun rises. Very special place.

Its a brand new hotel, everything was very clean. The property was serene and all staff were incredibly kind, professional and personable. Relatively big property with limited rooms, which keeps things fairly quiet. They have private access to the river for a soak but they also have their own pools too. The kitchen staff was very flexible, going off menu to provide meals to your liking. Highly recommended hotel

This property was nothing less than amazing! The staff was very friendly and genuine! They made sure that everything I needed was taken care of! They deserve to be acknowledged for their fantastic service! If I were ever to return to Costa Rica this would definitely be my place to stay! I recommend this property to anyone! 10/10!!!
