Amazing apartment, felt very comfortable and had a great stay - would recommend for everyone who wants the professionalism of a hotel but also the space and comfort of a proper apartment!

The room is good and clean, very minimalist. I like the shower area compared to neighbor hotel. My only complaint is the elevator was not working on my arrival around 19:30 and my room is at the 4th floor, imagine carrying your suitcase on a flight of stairs. The elevator was working during the following day.

Easy to check in and to get to the main you tourist areas. The only issue is the air conditioner, I don’t think it’s clean it caused me some congestion.

The neighborhood is not the best, but you can avoid the back alleys by sticking to the main road. But everything else is really good!

Check-in at 3 PM is not acceptable. The is an automated chatbot. They send you the codes at 3Pm also if the room is ready. Really bad experience

2/10 Poor

The area is sketchy and the neighbourhood is considered unsafe, and the hotel’s customer service is terrible. They don’t want to help you. I would never recommend staying there unless you’re willing to ruin your vacation dealing with the unnecessary hassle.

Absolut tolles Hotel.
