2/10 Poor
To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in. The lobby looks fantastic so we had high hopes the room that looked really nice on the pictures would match the aesthetic. It did not. The entire apartment was filthy, and was covered in insects and spiders. The floors were sticky. The whole room had a stench to it as you walked in. It looked like it had never been cleaned before. We were upset to have waited this long for such a terrible accommodation so we demanded a refund. The front desk staff directed us to contact the condo owner. He did not respond to any of my calls/messages, but we were able to receive a refund after being offered another accommodation. We didn’t want to chance it. Would not recommend this particular room.
