There is no parking, paid or free, anywhere near the property. The management company does not answer their phone. They don't tell you that keys are in the apartment, but are needed to use the elevator. The internal temperature was 30 Celcius when we finally found a place to park and got our bags up the stairs. The place was horrible, not sufficient for our needs. They say it sleeps 4, that is a lie. We paid for 6 nights, only stayed for 1 and they refused to refund us anything, but it was not worth staying the 5 days they didn't refund us. The bed is a single hard mattress basically on the floor. Extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend for anyone.

This accommodation required a steep deposit that I had to send outside hotels.com in an e-transfer. They didn’t requested it till two days prior my check in. I paid in addition a pet fee which is fine , my dogs are well trained and the place was spotless , they charged for damage because they found some dog hair (note: dogs are allowed as I paid) , and a dog paw print. Also charged for and extra guest which we didn’t had. Two weeks later and they aren’t responding my calls and have not sent back my deposit. In addition the bed was a foamy cover with plastic so we had to sleep on the sofa bed. Hotels hasn’t been helpful refunding our money , nor helpful , I’ve spent a lot of time in the phone with no success. I think this property and all properties related to global stay should be removed . I will not be using this site ever again as they allow scammers to rip their users off.
