it was terrible it had dirt all over and staff was so bad they weren’t cooperating with us. The picture on the website were completely different so we asked them to give us a refund but they didn’t so we just had to leave like that just because the room was dirty, the hallways were so narrow, rooms were so small that we couldn’t even open our suitcases

Poll area is very nice and the location is excellent. Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for. Definitely not sound proofed you can hear everything this is the one major disadvantage sadly.

We chose Costa Maya largely because of the pictures of the pool on the website, and it was everything we hoped for. The hotel is located on a small lane, which is typical of the streets in Bodrum, a short level walk to the waterfront. At the entrance there is a modest size parking lot and the check in was very efficient. We reserved a 3 bed room to get a bit more space as the rooms are tight like most European hotels. The room had a modest hall closet but little other storage for our clothes. It could have used a dresser as we stayed for 5 nights and wanted to unpack. The beds were very comfortable, the washroom was functional, and the air conditioning worked very well. The pool area was terrific. The water was refreshing without being frigid, there were sufficient loungers on the pool deck, and a bar serving drinks and light meals. The hotel is very well located, a short walk to the waterfront and a host of restaurants. We would definitely stay again. (four stars simply because clothes storage in the room was tight)
