Nice basic place to stay, with the big draw being the location right on the beach. All but deserted in October.

This was a very very nice place to stay! It was clean; the fridge was actually cold (no idea why other hotels really miss the mark) and the room looks modern and up to date.

First we found an animals diaper in the closet 👀 and found the the side table by the beds was very dirty had to clean it. The shower made a noise lol and we thought we were getting a room with a view of the lake, we had a view of the car park, still I kept an eye on the car. The beds were clean, bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The bath was a generous size with added water jets. External to the main building was the Hot tub inside a locked building ✅ grills for bbq they were not turned on but clean and there was a gas fire pit (no marshmallow were allowed thou....) shame about the things found, it would of been 5 stars.

There are 2 hotels.One is on the beach with wonderful views and patios , and the other one, park hotel is behind it with no views no patios. The photos showed a kitchen, but every cabinet is empty.There is not one piece of tablewear cookware or plates. In our unit , the cable t v guide was not working. We were in the first floor of the park hotel , and someone above us we could hear every footstep , and I could hear what they were saying.

Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing.

Room was very clean and good AC. The manager was amazing; very nice attentive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Baby pack and play seemed to be brand new. No onsite breakfast.

It was a great location and nice room. However the remote control needs new batteries or something because you can only change channels on the tv box but the remote won’t change channels.

Oh wow this property is so unique! Right on the beach, pool, hot tub, pickle-ball, play ground, nice walking path around the beautiful property. We stayed in the Park View Hotel (there are two hotels; Park view (views the kid play ground, no view of the lake unless you walk out side) and Beach front Hotel which 3 of these units face the beach, touching the sand where the other 3 units are behind and no view of lake unless you walk outside. The room we were in had very comfortable beds and linens. Sink, fridge and microwave (no stove/oven in this unit PH20). The unit was not perfect but would stay again. It was a standard unit… get what ya pay for!!! Would stay again for sure!
