We stayed here for several days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cusco’s historic center, and very convenient for exploring the city. During our Salkantay trek, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us, which was extremely helpful. On the mornings when we had to leave very early for day tours, the staff thoughtfully prepared lunch boxes for us to take along. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, and overall we felt very well taken care of. A lovely boutique hotel with excellent service and a great location. Highly recommended!

Superb hotel in the heart of Cusco. We had the triple room which was HUGE with comfortable beds and they even provided memory foam firm as well as soft pillows to your liking. There's a safe box in the room. Hot water is great esp the shower. Breakfast is great with the usual croissants, breads, fruits, coffee, granola, yogurt and what topped it all was the ability to place made to order items like eggs (scrambled, fried, Benedict), avocado toast, French toast, pancake etc. Therebare no lifts but there's maximum 1 floor so not an issue.

Stayed 3 times over the course of 10 days, rooms good but depending on the one you stay in results in a heating control either being provided or having to be requested, also each time we stayed the breakfast service was different and rather lacking in options (plus on the one occasion we were offered an early check it time breakfast box / confirmed it was required the night before - it was forgotten on the morning itself)

Excellent staff and services. Extra clean room snd smells great. Top level experience. Perfectly room temperatures and cleaning services. Hot water for showers and great space for taking a showers. Love the place.

Everything was great: the historic building, room, breakfast, staff! One suggestion: would be nice to have drinking water provided, e.g. a carafe or bottle in the room, or a water fountain in the lounge.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the desk person told me she could not find my reservation; it turns out the at the hotel had changed computer systems a few months prior and lost some reservations in the process. I was then told that there was no room available—this caused me a great deal of distress (I also happened to be sick with a stomach ailment). Finally, the night manager was able to locate an upgraded room, but that room had very spotty to no Wi-Fi; it was also quite dirty: dirty floors, hair in the shower, dirty bathroom exhaust fan, etc. By the time the floor got cleaned, it was quite late, and I was feeling sick from the altitude and from my stomach ailment. I went to bed with no dinner. Because of the bad Wi-Fi, the lack of cleanliness, and the stress caused by their having lost my reservation. I asked for a partial refund through hotels.com—and was refused by the same night manager twice. Finally, after a few days, she agreed to give me less than half of the first night’s stay. All of these reasons listed above marred my time at the hotel. The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the kindness of the staff member Mari. She was wonderful and her receptivity and attitude were the best aspects of my stay at the hotel.

Este hotel foi a melhor escolha que eu podia ter feito! Staff e atendentes especialmente simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar a qualquer momento. Localização perfeita a poucos minutos da Plaza de Armas, com apenas uma subida (o que é perfeito em Cusco!). Quarto com aquecimento controlado pela recepção, mas no geral o quarto já não é tão gelado quanto outro hostel que me hospedei, e isso faz toda a diferença. Café da manhã excepcional com muitas opções inclusive um cardápio com pedidos. Chuveiro com água quente e todos os itens a disposição. A melhor opção em Cusco sem dúvidas!!

A recepção foi super cordial em guardar nossas malas, o quarto estava limpo, tinha aquecedor satisfatório, a cama bem grande e confortável, porém quando chegamos as tomadas não estavam funcionando e não pudemos carregar os celulares. No entanto no dia seguinte a recepcionista não poupou esforços em resolver o problema e realmente resolveu. Tbm não tinha água no frigobar. No café da manhã podíamos pedir omeletes, ovos diversos, torradas etc a parte e sem custo. E estavam deliciosos

We were hesitant since there weren’t any reviews yet, but choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip; this is the place if you want to feel treated like royalty while not breaking the bank. The breakfast is made to order, the rooms are super quiet, and the staff and service are phenomenal. There’s a heater in room. The staff accommodated our early departure, plus prepared a boxed breakfast for our 4am Rainbow Mountain trip. The onsite restaurant is incredibly affordable with great food. 10/10, do stay here!
