This was a good hotel for the price. My complaint is that I asked for a late check out. I was there to work and I work in events so I work quite late and need the sleep the next day in order to drive from city to city.
My late check out was approved but at 11:01 which is one minute past regular check out the deal called and woke me up to tell me check out was at 11:00. I couldn’t fall back asleep and it took an extra hour or sleep I needed away from me.
They need to have a better way to communicate to all staff when to not bother someone if they have a late check out.
