Amazing staff, very attentive and great communication throughout. I booked the hotel as a surprise trip for my one year anniversary and the staff helped with decorating the room and providing a cake, I was also able to book a couples spa treatment ahead of my stay.

I stayed at the Grand Duka for 5days and I had a good experience - the staff were exceptionally helpful and the service in general was impeccable. The spa facilities was an added bonus. The room was clean and furnishing was top notch. I also dined at the Atrium which was also good. I enjoyed my stay

Grand Duka is the perfect place to stay in Durrës. The staff were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The spa, included in the hotel fee, was such a wonderful treat. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Durrës, Albania. 10/10!

The staff were courteous and welcoming on arrival.
The breakfast although it comes with food was substandard, European style. To gain more attraction the overall look of the restaurant needs to be more authentic alongside the menu.
The spa was exceptional.
I requested for a note with 2 glasses of prosecco on arrival in advance. This was not fulfilled. It came to their attention later on my stay which at that point was not needed
I was charged an additional £60 for not putting in partner name in the room. This was an honest mistake. Nonetheless I paid as I don’t like long winded conversations after a long Journey to get there. Is this normal procedure to charge extra for added someone’s name onto a room that already paid for?

The environment is very clean, hotel is just in the centre of the city and near to many amenities, shops, restaurants and the Durres port. The customer service is top notch, amazing and tasty meals as well as buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.
