Was travelling with my 1 year old daughter.
My experience was really bad. Go
I payed as soon I arrived, everything. The nights staying, the parking and I still made made a reservation for dinner on the restaurant. At the restaurant, they took long to take my order, was like 3 or 4 tables, so wasn’t busy! At the end of the dinner, my baby was tired. I request, politely to leave the bill on my hotel number account. Wasn’t possible. Ok, I payed without make any objection. I had a cried baby, keep her to pay the bill. I wished a good evening to the staff, they only said “sorry”.
The staff wasn’t looking for options, I felt that the check out was a waste of energy and time. The weak treatment and unfriendly behaviour of the staff. Was unbearable!
So: I had 3 big bags. I expected to have at least a little help to carry the luggage. I request help, kindly. Was denied. The luggage trolley was not on the reception, they didn’t have anyone to bring to the lift or something. I went with my baby to pick it up, also not on the place they told me that “should be there”. At 11oclock, I had 2 men’s from the staff knocking the room door. Instead of help, they were there to asked me IF i would leave today.
Was such a pressure and neglect of the staff. The only option I had, was to carry all by myself, 3 bags and a little kid.
