The rooms were all refurbished and clean. The virtual check-in was very easy. loved the shutters that made the rooms dark and blocked out much of the noise of the busy road. 10 mins walk to the main station area. Would highly recommend and would use again.

The room was great! Ac was powerful and the location was around a lot of cafes and pizzerias! Room was clean and very modern the balcony also had some nice views of the city. When entering look for a brown door by the cafe it took me a little to get used to the location but it was an awesome stay and the host is great with communication!

My family stayed at this aprtment hotel for six nights. The room was clean, check in process was easy, and the staff was always responsive. We truly enjoyed the stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Overall we had a great stay at Tony's suites. Only real complaints were that the kitchen is tiny and therefore a challenge to actually cook anything but that is not so much a complaint as it is as described in the listing. But communication was excellent and thw A/C was super nice to have since there was a heat wave when we visited. Stayed with my wife and 3 older teens.

It was a little bit hard for us to find the key to get in to the room, but when we walked inthe room was pretty clean and beautiful and comfortable in the good Neighbourhood. We didn’t stay enough, stay only one night to fly back to USA, but it was worth it.

Great location and easy communication, but small, noisy and very basic We stayed six nights as a family with two kids. The location is good, within walking distance of Via Cavour, Spaccanapoli and Garibaldi. Communication with the owner was excellent. They replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent clear self check-in instructions, so we just picked up the keys on arrival and left them at checkout. Everything went very smoothly. It's fine for the price, but there are several downsides worth knowing about: - The room was smaller than it looks in the photos. - The listing mentions a kitchen, but there was no way to cook or even boil water, just three plates and two plastic mugs. Very basic. - There was some black mould in the shower. - The room faces a busy roundabout with traffic all night and morning. Even with the windows and shutters closed, we were woken by traffic and shouting at 2 am and 6 am. - The beds were very hard, and my back hurt afterwards. Overall it's OK for the price if you mostly need a place to sleep for a few nights and you're a heavy sleeper. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again on my next trip to Naples

Appartement très confortable, avec une équipe de gestion vraiment à l’écoute et disponible via WhatsApp pour répondre à nos besoins. L’air climatisé a été essentiel avec la chaleur intense de juin à Naples, et le petit ascenseur donnait l’impression de vivre comme un local. Seul bémol : un peu de matériel manquant en cuisine et l’emplacement qui demande de marcher davantage… mais l’appartement en valait largement la peine. Un gros plus pour notre séjours avec les enfants

Good location 25 minute walk to central train station through an ok neighborhood. Some bakeries nearby but no good eateries that I observed. Clean & comfortable accommodations. Manuela the contact person was very responsive to my queries. Excellent value for the price.

Definitely in a busy location, was overwhelming to find the property initially but once we found a parking garage and were able to walk to the doorway- the rest was a breeze. Very easy check in process. Some good restaurants below just like I said above, very busy and lots of garbage. We had kids with us and would have liked to use the outdoor space across the street. The room itself was pristine!

Good facilities in GREAT location. Taxi stand is 10 meters from door and bus 201 direct to major attractions starts 1 block away so you always get a seat. Interior was all new furnishings and TV was best ever.

The staff was incredible. The got me a taxi at 5 am. And responded to my questions immediately. You do need what's app to communicate which is really efficient.

The proprietar was amazing! My husband had fallen and hurt his leg, and proprietar was very helpful. Bit of confusion with communication, hard to get hold of people if you are foreign. WhatsApp seems to be the main form of communication.. which we didn't originally have
