This is a basic room, with bed on a metal frame and is uncomfortable. You only get 2 towels/washcloths and have to take them back to the front desk to get clean towels. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. Mold was in the bathtub and the room smelled strongly of harsh cleaners and plastic. They also threw away our pillows instead of holding them in the lost and found for less than one day (no policy on throwing away items on company lost and found website page). There are no utensils, plates or cookware available unless you “rent/buy” them starting at $15. There are no restaurants within walking distance either. You also have to pay in full when you check in so you can’t leave early when you wish to. Front desk isn’t staffed after 10 pm, you have to call and see if they determine your request important enough to send someone or wait until morning. Won’t choose this brand of hotel ever again.
