Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are incredibly well-appointed and immaculate. Every staff member I interacted with was super helpful and professional. The elevators are fast. The restaurant is gorgeous. It's obvious that they were going for a high level of service and quality, and they nailed it.
The food in the restaurant was wonderful, but I did find the portions a bit small for the price.
The only true negative I had was the construction noise, though I suppose that will be resolved eventually.

Staff is top notch, greeting, carrying our bags to our room, offering fruit infused water, being kind and professional! We noticed we didn’t have washcloths and they were up to our room on the 14th floor within 5 minutes. City views were nice but the best part was the short 2 minute walk to the arena to catch a game! Will be staying here again. Only downfall is the overnight parking is steep at $65

Fantastic hotel. The location was just a few steps from both the State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Arena. So glad we chose this hotel. At checkin, Jamal was the front desk fellow and he gave my kids two barbie dolls as a welcome gift! That made them so happy. Our room's A/C wasn't working and they offered a new room or fan. We opted for the fan since we didn't realize until after midnight. They waived the parking fee for the inconvenience so that was great! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again for a show at either Arena.

Beautiful hotel, loved the rooms!! Staff was kind, though a little slow at times. Also, getting rides and being dropped off was awkward bc no ride share seemed to know to use the valet drive through area. Rooms were very clean. Location very convenient to the convention center.
