How can you open a new build hotel and install the most shoddy, cheap beds and bedding on the market. The matress buckles with two adults. Serious. Im not a moan and groaner but this is the status. To top it offthe sheets are so scratchy and cheep you feel like you are nestled in burlap. Pure junk. On the otherhand, fhe hotel is brand spankin new and actually outfitted with nice fixtures. I guess the owner thought, "Since we have to replace bedding often we will soft open with the cheepest we can find and then after a year or so we'll upgrade. Not a smart approach because you want repeat business, and he/she/they already sent ustomers packin.

It should be stated prior to booking the room that no cleaning will be done, no towel replacements and not even a coffee maker available.
On top of the that the floor was not clean and under the beds full of dust. I have made it clear to the front desk upon checking in and out.
For sure I will not stay again
