This hotel was in a completely different location than shown on the map, in the middle of nowhere. It didn't even show up on the map so I was basically trapped there not able to get taxis. Staff were helpful but did not respect privacy messaging me all the time. If you're looking for a hotel in the middle of nowhere (which I was not) there are better options in the area.

We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here

The staff are very helpful. They helped us immediately. Grace and Elvis helped us plan our activities and was very nice!!!! There are many cute pets on the property. Xiao Liu the dog and the other cats are very friendly!!!!!!!! It is a bit far away from town, but the property is very quiet and pretty. The food is so good it tastes like home!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Home Away from Home truly was a great experience. The grounds are gorgeous and such a beautiful place to visit and experience. The staff, Elvis, Grace, and especially Felix were tremendously helpful and friendly. They took care of absolutely everything and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. It feels less like a hotel stay and more like meeting a nice little family that welcomes you in to their beautiful mountain lodge wonderland. Definitely recommend. 11 out of 10! :)

The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).

This is a very rural hotel, once you are there you will be staying here! But it’s perfect for a visit to the Zhangjiajie national park. The rooms are great, a lot of attention to details and the water noise is perfect to fall asleep to. The staff are very attentive and want to help, especially Felix, he made a real difference to our stay. The free shuttle to/from the airport/train station was high quality and on time to meet us.

The hotel is truly unique in terms of surrounding and buildings (though it was in a remote area). The stay was an exceptionly experience to us. We were greeted by the manager and sent off by him personally. He was warmth and sincere when servicing us. The overall feel of the stay was marvelous.

Staff is amazing and took care of our every need. Breakfast was great. We also ordered lunch and dinner from restaurant, and food tasted really really good. Definitely recommend this place! Very beautiful, peaceful and picturesque.

The name "Home away from home" says it all 😊 The host Destiny is phenomenal! He makes sure we are taking care of with all small details, all stuff are super friendly and very helpful from start to finish. Food is simple and very delicious, you had the chance tasting traditional chinese local cuisine fusion with western style. The stay, it's beyond "AMAZING"!!! From Chinese culture exterior to modern spacious suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 king size bed with its own ensuite, totally a secret gem! Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!!

Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto esse hotel é bonito e aconchegante. No meio das montanhas, quartos e casas incríveis. Só vi um ponto ruim que foi a quantidade de besouros no quarto, mas faz sentido, estávamos entre montanhas em meio a natureza.
