The location was second to none. Right on the beach and a perfect location for walking the main street of Playa del Carmen to restaurants, shops and bars. We also walked to World Gym for a session twice from our room.
The bathroom was a bit stinky but I think most of Mexico's plumbing smells like that. It wasn't too bad after flushing the pipes out for a minute.

Beware beach access opens at 11 AM and closes at 6 PM. You eat breakfast behind a cage looking at the beach if you like to party and enjoy yourself this is not the place besides it’s outdated.

The hotel is nice but they need to do more with the facilities. There are no kini fridges in the rooms so is an inconvenient for guest that need to keep medications cold. Granted they allow to store them in the restaurant's fridge but then you are at the mercy of the hours of operations.
The restaurant's is nice and right on the beach.

The hotel is centrally located, just steps away from the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the room was clean. While the room lacked a coffee maker and a fridge, it’s a minor detail considering the affordable price. The breakfast is simple but just what you need to start the day, coffee was great!

The property was simple, but you walkout directly onto the beach. Right off of 5th Av so you can access everything quickly. It’s relatively quiet, so you go to the party and also leave the party. Beach Staff are absolutely amazing.
