I like the city view and location. Everything was in walking distance. The rooms was ok but not up to pardon. Everything was dusty things needed to be fixed. Show was mildew, shower stayed filled with water went down slowly. Balcony doors did not lock/ latches was broken, shower head rusty, my bed was on the floor, mattress and box spring. Everything just was right wit this condo for the amount of money I've paid to stay there.

Location and view 10 out of 10!!! We stayed at this property for 4 days before our Royal Caribbean cruise out of Port Miami. The port is a 10 minute uber ride. The location is safe to walk around. The mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The mall area has tons of restaurants PF Changs, Chipotle, Starbucks etc.
There is a small convenience store next to the condo. We ordered Amazon Fresh and they delivered the groceries and water to our door step within 5 hours. Definitely a must!!
The condo has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals.
Parking is free which is why we chose this property over others. The balcony and view is amazing!! Washer and dryer is located inside condo. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. H20 Shampoo/conditioner, body soap and lotion is provided.
If you plan on going to the beach bring beach towels.
Things we did and loved!
Sealine cruise with bar
- they have a Groupon for a great price- which is a 5 minute drive to Bayside.
We went on the 7:00pm cruise which was during the sunset and the temperature was cooler.
Bayside has tons of restaurants and shopping.
Blue Martini is a 5 minute walk from condo drinks, music and dancing !!
South Beach is a 25 minute drive. We had lunch at the Versace Mansion and then hung out at South Beach for the day.
Rented a beach cabana at Trump Towers.
We didn’t make it to the pool or the other amenities the condo offers.
Great stay ! We will definitely stay here again!
