I had 2 bookings in total stayed 2 weeks. Despite the reviews this is not a proper 5 star resort. Many of the guests I spoke to, who also had a bad experience were 'bribed by room upgrades signing a document to say they wouldn't leave a bad review. If you are used to 5 star this is not it. There are not enough characters available to fully detail the ordeal at the hotel. I paid on arrival & was made to pay the booking & city tax separately meaning I had to tap my card 4 times, roughly £4k. The next day I was told I hadn't paid enough, and access to my room blocked at 10am, this was the morning after I arrived. I was then I was told I was overcharged & my card details requested for a refund. My assigned butler was not working the day I arrived. It took 3 days to get my welcome drink. My 1st evening there was no wifi in my room, to book dinner when your butler isn't available, which was often, you have to use the app which I couldn't without wifi. I called reception & I was told off for not contacting my butler. During my 2nd booking, I waited 1 hour for my luggage, I ended up getting it myself. The door didn't close properly, one evening I returned to an open room. Another night reception mistakenly called my room @1.30am waking me up. The tiling in the rooms is shocking, body matter stains on the back wall of the toilet. Sink also leaked. All while the hotel was only at 30% capacity. There's more but no space, in short - Stay at a Secrets resort if you want real 5 star.

Subject: An unforgettable birthday stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. We also really enjoyed the dining—the food was pretty good and we looked forward to our meals. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the incredible service. I want to give a massive thank you to Allessa. She was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday amazing. Her help and attention to detail meant so much to us and made the celebration extra special. We also received fantastic service from Hector, Mario, Anthony, and Axel. They were all great and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back!

El hotel es increíble, nuevo, muy amplio, lleno de actividades, la comida espectacular y el servicio maravilloso! El buffet en los Corales buenísimo y Bryham y Diego te hacen sentir como en casa, Pablo en el Steak House es maravilloso, siempre dando un extra, Rubén en el Pez Dama dando las mejores recomendaciones para comer (no dejes de probar los tacos baja), Gerardo en el japonês hace que la experiencia sea inolvidable, la comida en el Blue Moon es deliciosa, especificamente el risotto. Las actividades en la alberca están super divertidas, Janet y Jimena lo hacen increíble, de verdad hacen que te animes y no quieras perderte ninguna clase y Eduardo siempre al pendiente tuyo para cualquier bebida que necesites! Definitivamente regresaremos pronto!

Solo female traveler. Things I loved of my stay! - beach, sand, service on beach - Privilege upgrade totally worth it, for balcony jacuzzi, rooftop pool and bar, and privilege restaurant breakfast - Rooms are huge, comfy beds, nice view from balcony, shower and loved the scent of the toiletries, very moisturizing, great attention to details in room setup and design - Layout convenient - Coffee shop and sweet shop consistently amazing - Pools are big and gorgeous - Many things to do - Hydrotherapy in the spa - And my absolutely favorite thing was the staff and people there, just great human beings and professional - Very quick room service Areas with room for improvement are the food and beverage department. Things like more options for natural juices in bar and restaurants, quality and consistency of food across restaurants as well. Was served very raw salmon on one occasion, raw shrimp on another and overcooked tough steak. Room service is limited and serving is on disposable trays which takes away from the luxury of the hotel. If food and drinks improved ooh wow this place would be top of the top especially for food lovers. To be fair place fairly new when I went just being open about two weeks. There’s a lot to love but food is huge component for me and why I retracted a star. I hope as they continue to grow this department too cause I’d love to go back one day.

This resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was great, the views were stunning, and everything was spotless and well maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff — everyone was so welcoming and genuinely helpful. Our concierge Victory was the best and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Axel and Julio were also incredible and made us feel so well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous new hotel and resort. All of the staff were amazing. We were there 10 days after opening and were aware that staff were being trained and observed to make sure everything they did was just right. A couple of tiny hiccups but nothing that you would not expect

Everything was 10/10! Brand new resort with lots of restaurant choices and activities. Right on the beach so easy to access. Everything made fresh and food was impressive for all inclusive

Honestly, everything! The room was spotless, the staff were amazing, and the amenities were a great bonus. Our concierge,Victor and Joel were both super helpful in arranging all the reservations for dinner and other activities. Salvatore at the beach was always available to take our drink and food orders. Ruben at the restaurant Pez Dama was amazing. Pablo at Sakura restaurant did an amazing show while cooking our food. Our favorite restaurant was definitely the Italian La Locanda. Breakfast buffet at Corales was always delightful and their staff was always welcoming. Mixologist at the piano bar made the best drinks I’ve ever had in my life. We enjoyed the option for activities, we had so many bowling nights, golf simulator nights, pool nights, and then morning Pickleball matches. Overall, we had an amazing experience and hopefully we’ll be back again for more.

We stayed at this hotel a week after its opening and the purpose was to celebrate my partners birthday. I was hesitant to book at first since it was so new it didn’t have reviews anywhere other than a very few videos on TikTok. To say we were impressed with this hotel in the best way possible is an understatement, we loved everything about it. For reference I had visited other all inclusive in Mexico before (3 other ones to be specific). The food was outstanding, everything was so fresh and yummy, the specialized restaurants were very delicious and never too packed. We went to the steakhouse the first night and had an amazing short rib and ribeye that tasted so fresh and from a high quality restaurant. We also visited the Italian, which the pizza was delicious and the appetizers amazing,and lastly we went to the Mexican one and the tacos were to die for, plus they have an appetizer with an avocado crema that was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, specially the omelets and big display of food to select from, they had multiple stations for omelette, nachos, cheeses, juices, etc. The rooms were amazing, when we got there we decided to upgrade to the “Privilege” service which in our opinion was amazing but if you don’t want to spend the extra money is not needed (I’ll provide more details below). Since our room was from “Privilege” we had an outdoor jacuzzi which was great and very spacious, we had some gifts, a bottle of wine, and bathrobes.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a resort. I spent my 36 birthday here n it was nothing short of exceptional. We arrived December 2n 2025, they opened the day before the room were very large n clean the staff were very attentive it felt like you had your own personal butler everywhere you went. It was definitely princess treatment everywhere around the hotel. My favorite restaurant was the Mexican. We were able to go to all the restaurants. We didn’t go to French restaurants I’m not really a fan of French food. The steak house was top tier the Japanese and the Italian the steak was amazing. The food overall was my favorite everything was tasted soo fresh n I’m kinda of a peaky eater n if you love seafood u will love this place. Thanks to Jamie at the bar he made the best drinks. Julio Espinosa n his team n victor for making my birthday so special. Blanco at the seaside restaurant thanks for the great service. Thanks to everyone at the hotel and the personal trainer for showing me some new exercises to add to my routine.
