This was the very best hotel/room I’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed the sauna, the private patio, jetted tub, and side shower. There was wine ready and available. The place was quiet and super clean. The best spot for couples and relaxation. I will be back! Book here you will not be disappointed!! I am very picky and the place was an absolute 15 out of 10

Fantastic place! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. It's like having your own stylish apartment in Florence. A little way out of the main sites but if you enjoy walking, no problem at all. Highly recommend!

En este viaje que hago por Europa con mis hijos adolescentes y mi esposa, he parado en 5 ciudades y este ha sido el mejor lugar donde me he hospedado: es amplio, acogedor, opciones de trasporte o caminar al centro histórico y tranquilo.... no utilice el convenio de desayuno, pero tiene opciones interesantes que facilitan a los huéspedes su estancia. Por el chat me contestaban muy rápido cualquier inquietud y se nota el buen servicio que establecen.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! Comfortable large beds in the 2 large bedrooms. Beautiful bathroom. Perfectly clean. The provided espresso pods and tea was lovely. Great & safe location in Florence. Excellent communication!! Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Florence! Thank you!

This place was so up to standards and cozy. The room was excellent for any traveler!! Starting for the quality of the bed, mattress, pillows, bathroom, and even a tv in the room! The only thing that was a bit struggling for was was the distance from the places we wanted to visit (20 min walks) however we did use the buses during the day and that was very helpful! The level of professionalism at communication was also excellent!!

Excellent location. Short walk from the Firenze Campo Marte station & then 10-15min walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore & surrounding restaurants & other places of interest. Pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine that I didn't see listed on the property details. Bedrooms were huge, whole place was extremely clean on arrival and again every day of our stay. They even provided us with a replacement clothes washing liquid when it had ran out, the private outside area was perfect to dry our clothes. Beds were very comfortable, shower was excellent. No issues at all with the Wi-Fi so the kids were happy. Would highly recommend staying here and we have all agreed as a family that if we were to return to Florence we would definitely stay here again.

We booked apartment 1, it was beautifully decorated and clean, the sauna and hot tub was brilliant after a long day exploring florence. Maggie the host was brilliant sent us all the information required and was always happy to answer messages. Room was cleaned everyday very close to the center, we walked in and out of the city in around 25-35minutes. Also close to local busses and trams t2. Thankyou very much for a great stay, we would definitely stay again and reccomend.

The perfect place

This place was incredible - way more amenities than listed. There was a clothes washer! We enjoyed cooking, and our daughter enjoyed having a really nice bedroom to herself. Great location - quiet and an easy walk to the heart of Florence and public transportation.

The unit is excellent. The unit has a very nice ground level patio. It is several blocks to walk to the main tourist area, but that is on me. Would stay again.

We were in the Achilles room which was spacious and had a sauna and jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a lovely outside seating area. The room was spotless and modern and cleaned daily. The staff messaged beforehand with clear instructions of how to access the room - there are doors with code-access only to the building and to the Pier Capponi rooms, so even though on 2 occasions the building door had been left open, it still felt safe. Good location, about 20-25 mins walk from the centre with all the attractions, and 15-20 mins walk from the tram stop (which we used to arrive from the airport). They kindly provided vouchers for local eating spots, and provided tea bags and coffee pods. The only suggestion for improvement is that the place to leave bags after checkout is just some shelves, which although is in a CCTV locked area would probably be better if had safes or padlocks on. However overall was fantastic and would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those visiting Florence!

部屋はとても清潔でした。私はその点をいちばん重要視しているので、とても快適に過ごせました。バスルームが広くて使いやすいです。 部屋には電気ケトルとエスプレッソマシーン、冷蔵庫もあります。また、ドライヤー、アイロンも備え付けてありました。 チェックイン前後に荷物をロビーに置いておくことができます。 中心部からは少し離れていますが、バスやトラムの停留所までは10分以内ですし、とても静かなエリアなので騒音もありません。 ホテルのスタッフとのやり取りはオンラインのみでしたが、特に不便はありませんでした。おすすめです。

Im so happy that I stayed here. The property was in tip top condition, the room was perfect and the bed gave me a really decent sleep. The owners of this property have thought about everything, i loved that they give you free bottled water daily ( some all inclusives i've stayed at don't ) also the jetted bath tub was very much needed after walking around the city all day it was the hightlight of my evenings. This is honesty one of the most comfortable and beautiful rooms ive stayed in. Found the instructions to get into the building very straight forward and I thank them for such a lovely and memorable solo adventure! Recommended

The apartment was beautiful. The decor was tasteful and the rooms were very spacious (very generous) and ultra clean. The apartment had considerate elements like an iron and ironing board in the room. The bed was super spacious and was extremely comfortable. The terrace was a great space and it was lovely to find items such as water, detergent, olive oil and body products. The appliances were also great and came in handy. The check in document was well thought out and very considerate. This made xheck in super easy. The location was great too, I was walking my best life. The only problem we had was we weren't exactly sure what rubbish should go in which bin. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Wir haben das Familienappartement gebucht und waren zu dritt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, eine gut ausgestattet Küche (für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet), hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, durch eines der Schlafzimmer und der Küche ist die große Terrasse zu erreichen. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat einen zusätzlichen Balkon zur Straßenseite hin. Das Badezimmer ist im Flur angeordnet und ist von beiden Schlafzimmern zu erreichen, damit hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Im Flur des Hauses ist ein kleiner Fahrstuhl und die Haustür und Vorraumtür sind durch Zahlencodes gesichert. Beim zuvor durchgeführten Online Check-in hat man alle Informationen erhalten und konnte so flexible und problemlos ein- und auschecken. (Ohne Rezeption, da es kein Hotel ist) In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafés und eine Pizzeria direkt nebenan. Die Innenstadt von Florenz ist zu Fuß in ca. 15–20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement wird täglich gereinigt, falls man es wünscht. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden es nächstes Mal sofort wieder buchen.
