The room I was given had light bulbs missing, there was no iron, the ironing board had a cover on one end that was too small for the board and the foam underneath was falling apart. There was mold in the shower, there were stains on the bed linens. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I asked for new linens the first morning prior to me leaving for the day. I was told they would have someone come clean the room, replace the light bulbs and put an iron in the room. None of that happened by the time I returned at 9pm that evening. I spoke with some at the front counter and they had some give me linens to take with me, and the maintenance person was going to follow me bring the light bulbs and iron. The new linens had more stains than the previous linens. One of the beds appeared to have a significant dip in the center. Although not the direct fault of the hotel they still didn't do anything about the smell of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana all over the place. This hotel has seen better days and I will never stay here again. On the positive side at least the demeanor and attitudes of the staff were pleasant.
