I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Anna who had the biggest smile on her face and welcomed us with such warmth. She truly made this stay incredible. I was originally planning on moving to a different hotel midway through my trip because my mom was leaving Hanoi before me and I didn't need to stay in a large room, but I ended up cancelling my other hotel and extending my stay at Kecho Legacy instead. The breakfast was also another favorite, their coffee was so good, we had to ask the chefs what the exact coffee brand was and we bought 3 bags to bring home. When Anna was off, Jamie was equally incredible and they both would always ask us what our plans were for the day, give recommendations, and ask us how our days went the next morning. I'll be staying here any time I'm in Hanoi!

This was a very nice hotel. Facilities, location, food, and very close shop and food make it a good choice. The staff, specially in restaurant and front desk make this one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Anna, who seems to be everywhere and doing everything would add another star to this hotel on her own. This girl is worth her weight in gold and i expect will be running her own hotel at some point. You can tell the owner truly values and respects the city’s history, every corner and detail is thoughtfully and meticulously designed. Our room was both beautiful and comfortable.
