6/10 İyi

The organisation does not have a good relationship with Hotels.com, or Hotels.com does not bother to send on codes and entry instructions. I was unable to access the premises and Hotels.com was no help at all. AI was the only means I had for assistance as to how to contact the company and then the night manager. He was helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable with a good shower. The TV remote battery was very low. The fire escape notices are very poor, in my view.

Had a pleasant stay here and I extended by two additional weeks. It's in a prime location with decent enough sound-proofing and the staff are kind and considerate. Thank you Zach, Maggie and Marygate by Deuce team for hosting me. Overall, good value for money and a positive experience. Would recommend.

Check in was a bit convoluted over too many emails and attachments, and the building itself wasn’t great. Once in the apartment everything was fine

Took a while to find the access door. Main staircase could do with a deep clean. Pillar right next to the bed was a bit awkward but managed for a couple of nights.

The hosts were lovely, and accessing the property was very easy thanks to the phone key system. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property was also in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the train station. However, I felt the apartment would benefit from some refurbishment and a fresh coat of paint, as the walls had numerous marks, particularly in the living room and bathroom. The sofa also had an unpleasant smell and was quite worn. In addition, the bed pillows had a few marks on them and were very flat, unlike the standard pillows you would typically expect in a hotel. I also think it would be useful to have a larger mirror in the bathroom or bedroom, rather than having one only in the living room. Overall, the property has a lot of potential thanks to its convenient location and lovely hosts, but improvements to the cleanliness, furnishings, and décor would make the stay much more enjoyable.

This is a surprising wee gem. The entrance is dire in appearance as are the stairs and hallways, but the actual apartments are excellent. They are clean, well equipped and with very good showers. Once inside you’re in a very comfortable small apartment. This is our second stay in one and we’d happily commend them as ideally located in central Wakefield with free overnight parking nearby from 4pm and after 6pm if you get another evening ticket it lasts until 10am.

I’ve said previously this is a very good apart hotel. This time, we went for a cheaper room which was in okay. But some bits let down the bargain room: damage to the bed side, stains on the carpet and cups stained from so long use they simply need replacing. I think this would cost less than £100 to fix. Spend it!

The room was clean & the kitchen was good for a short stay.Must say the property is very well located. The staff is excellent & they stored my luggage for a couple of hours, after check out, free of cost. Many thanks for that! However,I found the stairs extremely dirty and that was a put off!

Great unit right in the heart of the city centre. The only fault that comes from this, is the noise from people at the pub. There was also no parking available, however as I had not asked that was on me.
