Was a very pleasant stay. Just would recommend making the locks on the main door more secure.

Stayed in the same apartment earlier this year and the oven they advertise is still missing/broken, there are still plugs missing to the kitchen sink and bath (luckily the shower is OK). Staff in reception are welcoming

My stay

The stay was good, checked in very late but called the number in the email and was helped with the checking in process. The apartment had everything we needed and was tidy.

Apartment was clean and tidy, had essentials for a couple of nights, kitchen sink plug missing and neither was a bowl supplied so unable to properly wash used crockery. Other than that all good, TV good size, furniture comfortable although the bedroom seemed sparse with only the bed a wardrobe and the ironing board

It would be great to have more of the basic home appliances available in the house from the start, such as: broom, mop, iron table and some cleaning products. We had to call a member of staff more than once within a week.

2/10 Kötü

Check in was too late due to staff un availability and the TV wasn’t working there is no internet connected and in the details TV wasn’t working mentioned as smart TV but when we try to use the apps like Netflix or youtube the TV wasn’t connecting first of all then we called the staff they said after 6pm no one will be available to assist but then after an hour the staff came and checked and said the Tv is not a smart TV and right now we cannot shift to other room as well. Worst experience. Wasted £100 for just sleeping, NO TV nothing!!

Not great!

Upon arrival we were given a completely different apartment to the one we had booked and the staff were less than helpful. Although on the surface the property looked clean as we started to unpack we noticed it was not at all clean, stained duvets, mould in fridge etc The beds are so narrow that you didn't dare move, and no control over other guests - those above us were partying until 4am!

This property was decent. You can tell its been occupied regularly but it was well maintained. My only issue was the lack of communication prior to us staying and even upon arrival. We waited outside for a while before someone opened the door. The property wasn't cleaned before we got there and so we had to wait quite sometime for the cleaner to clean it. I do believe a deposit fee should have been highlighted in the description before anything as i was under the impression that my hotel fee was all i was paying until a few days before I got told otherwise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

2-star - for those on a budget

Positives- short walk from metro. 10mins. Close to restaurants and shops. Bathroom was decent with amenities. Negatives - No signage, easily missed if you arrive at night. Just a single small door. Nothing says ilford towers. No signage inside the place either. Need to call a number. Entrance passage and elevator had a consistent garbage smell. Rodent present in our apartment. On the 3rd floor. So that was not great at all. Beds very uncomfy. Aircon in room not working. Some staff friendly. Others not so much. If you are on a budget and don’t mind simple lodgings then it could be ok.

2/10 Kötü

No one was there at the reception, we had to stay out of the building for more than 30 mins after that one person was going in so we got i side but again had to stay outside the receptionist door as no one was available. More than a hour is wasted and coming to the room there was a sound coming from the window whole night. Couldn’t sleep at all….. it was too disturbing the sound was like any dog or fox making sounds whole night.

Good Location for Shopping and Activities

The Apartment is very modern and spacious, but due to no proper reception I had to wait about 30mins for someone to meet me and check me in, and the same happened when checking out. Also due to being close to high street had to deal with buses going past all day and night.
