Refundable deposits

• Deposit: EUR 200 per accommodation, per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 2.50 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

Children & extra beds

• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 7 per night
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet, per stay

• The seasonal pool is open from May 01 to October 31
