Check in is terrible. We had to walk quite far with our luggage and 3 children to collect keys from an office in a horrible back street. We were not given the appartment that we booked. It looked nothing like the photos and when I pointed this out i was dismissed and was told it was the same. The blinds were filthy with grease, no curtains in one bedroom and a large hole in the flooring in dining area. It was booked for 5 people and it had beds for 5, but only 4 dining chairs and only room for 3 on the sofa. We did not have hot water and had to wash in cold showers so I rang customer services to ask for maintenance to fix the problem while we were out. When we came back we couldn't take showers as the water was scolding hot!
I would never recomend this property. We paid a lot of money for two nights here and it was terrible.
