Estuvimos varios días muriendo de calor ya que el aire acondicionado no es suficiente para refrescar la habitación, tal vez tiene que ver con que lo tienen a nivel del suelo. Leí este problema en varios comentarios y decidimos vivir la experiencia… error, no es nada cómodo dormir con tanto bochorno. En el baño había pequeñas cucharachas y no dejaban papel de baño suficiente; lo tuve que ir a pedir directamente en recepción. En cuanto a la comida, no hay mucha variedad, no está tan mal, pero las opciones fueron, chilaquiles o chilaquiles, eso sí con los huevos al gusto. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que no tienen café descafeinado ☹️ La vista es increíble, y desde la alberca es aún mas hermoso. Y en cuánto a esta, le falta seguridad, ya que el metal se está desprendiendo y, al estar en la azotea, es muy peligroso. La tele es smart, por lo que, al menos nos entretuvimos mientras moríamos de calor en las noches o por las mañanas antes de salir. Aunque la experiencia no fue tan mala, fue suficiente y no me volveré a hospedar en este lugar.

Tiene mucho potencial, pero se tienen que fijar en muchos detalles que los hacen ver cómo si fuera un Motel.Se me hace increíble que no pongan toallas en la habitación y que tengas que llamar para pedirlas. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es regular. Usan pintura de mala calidad y el mobiliario del Lobby y del Restaurant parece sacado de un hotel de Acapulco veijo
