Lovely hotel. We were staying over after having an evening out in Liverpool. Very good location. The staff were very helpful especially the red haired lady on reception. Our room was spotless and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Lots of lovely food to choose from at breakfast and the drinks were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel's location is excellent and it is clean and the staff friendly. The free breakfast is excellent although it is very busy, best to come early to avoid any queues. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was firm but comfortable, We used the car park which was £22 per night. We wanted a light meal on Saturday evening but some items were not available which was dissappointing, hence only 4 stars.

Parking is very expensive, £22 per night. The bed also was not comfy, it was very hard and the pillows weren’t great. Breakfast was very simple but ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good as well.

The best part of staying at this hotel is the attitude of the staff. They are very helpful. They really keep the Hilton name up. Two suggestions - fix the aircon/heating so it doesn’t keep going back to auto and the other is add mushrooms and tomatoes to the breakfast so that it become standard english breakfast. But all in all, i had a wonderful stay.

Our room wasn't cleaned to a good standard. We saw a few chips and sweetie wrapper on the floor and rhe room hadn't been dusted. The bathroom was clean and the towels were decent. Breakfast was ok, lots of choice but nothing special. Fruit juice was poor. Staff were friendly.

Super nice hotel. Perfect location for any event in the Baltic triangle. Only issue was only one lift was working which means chaos at check out time

Staff were helpful, on arrival. Room was ready, and on the first floor. It was a bit noisy from the street below, but otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was complimentary, and therefore very busy. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

This is our 4th stay at this location and the hotel is starting to slip in its standards of cleanliness. The hotel car park amenity is now put out to some third party company which makes it expensive - this is a change since last time visited . Overall front desk staff are friendly and breakfast is excellent. Hotel though is starting to show its age and needs a refresh .

Clean room all in working order. Slightly cold when we arrived but this easily adjusted. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding. Check-in and check out both seamless. Parking costs £22 per night in a secure car park.

Excellent location a few minutes walk to Albert dock and a few minutes more to Liverpool one. Clean hotel a little noisy due to the main road, breakfast was ok, sausages dry and waffle machine burnt the waffles, not great instructions on how to use it. Friendly reception staff and helpful. Good air-conditioning in the room. Hotel great value for money

Check in process was quick and easy even though we arrived at 3pm. The staff were friendly on arrival and at breakfast time. We walked from Liverpool lime street station and it wasn't too far. Our room was clean and tidy with towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Only downside was that one of the lifts weren't working during our time there. Plenty of food available for breakfast to start the day well. Small pub over the road and a 5 minute walk to the docks.

As a first timer to the hotel chain, they really accommodated for my needs. The room was spotlessly clean going for a modern touch with high quality amenities for the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful asking for my room preference as well as any other questions I had, the lobby was very nice and modern with plenty of food and drink options available including a 24 hour bar which was cool. I felt really welcomed at this hotel and will definitely return in the near future.
