Good view but overpriced
We had to take the ferry (8 GBP per car) to go to the hotel which is situated right at the other side of the embankment. The view from our room was amazing; the peaceful water when the ferry isn't there and a huge fun for our toddler when the ferry is there and letting the cars in. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was cozy and good which is really important since the area is kind of deserted. For us the cons were; the rate was way too high for this hotel. The inside was too old and the architecture (mazelike corridors, awkward wall arts etc.) felt like a horror movie.
