If we were only treated with respect during our stay, we would have given this review a 5 star rating. The front desk named Chrissie or Christie was very unpleasant when arrived past midnight. Our family drove 12 hours and was exhausted. She was mean, disrespectful, her gestures and expressions was not meant for a customer service. Her angry tone and sarcasm makes us wonder how we were treated the way she treated us over a question about pet fee. We didn't argue with her, we explained what was told over the phone when we spoke to Ruby.
She knows what happened. It's to lengthy to describe. We love the hotel, the friendliness of other workers.
