Upon our arrival, the staff at check in were unable to locate our booking we made several months prior.
When we arrived in our room, there were no towels. We requested some from the staff who were cleaning rooms in the corridor and went downstairs for some lunch.
We ordered a 15 Euro pizza and witnessed the staff member open up a frozen packaged pizza! It was absolutely nothing like the one advertised on the counter. She did not use gloves for the food preparation.
When it was served, there were no napkins and no spare plate. We found some tissues on the counter so we could wipe our hands. Furthermore, the wine we ordered with the pizza never arrived and 30 minutes later, after we had finished our pizza which was cold in the middle, we had to ask again for our wine. When it finally arrived, it was served in thick glasses used for water! And the red was putrid. Undrinkable. No apology from your waitress for forgetting our drinks, she couldn't care less about her mistake. Maybe not her fault, but rather management who has failed to train her properly in customer service.
We went back to our room after our disastrous lunch only to find we STILL had no towels. We were charged for the airport transfer which we canceled immediately after realising their drop off was 5K's from our terminal (beware). They refuse to reimburse us. No milk for a coffee in the morning in our room and the air con did not work all night. Couldn't breath. Horrible hot night with no sleep AVOID!!
