True hidden gem ... wonderful stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this hotel. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Central location ... i was concerned about street noise but rooms are very well insulated so it was lovely and comfortable. The best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed for a very long time ... so much choice from the frequently replenished buffet as well as omlettes / eggs cooked to order. No restaurant in the hotel for dinner but plenty of good options around (including a fantastic Lebanese restaurant nearby).The cafe bar was a real plus ... after a long day sightseeing it was nice to relax with a pot of tea (and free cake!) The bar staff were particularly friendly and courteous. I have no negatives for this hotel and would stay again without hesitation the next time we travel to the beautiful city of Madrid.

Excellent hotel, Excellent staff - we loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Staff were professional, very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable, shower was amazing with great water pressure. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had - great selection and good quality.
