Check in and out was very easy. The young lady on reception apologised for her English but I was rubbish at French.
The room was easy to access as I’m less able than most. It was a little tired looking but it was comfortable. It was well equipped with dishwasher/electric hob/microwave/fridge/electric radiators plus all the utensils required (we had an apartment room).
The breakfast was the usual fare and adequate.
Being January the pool wasn’t open but I can imagine it being a great asset to the property.
Although near to the road into Lourdes, you can’t hear it from where we were stopping (block A).
There is a laundry room costing €5.50 for the washer and another €3.00 for the dryer.
We travel with our dog. He was able to stay at the property for a small fee per night but wasn’t able to go anywhere else other then our room. If we wanted to eat with him it would be outside near the pool.
