NOT ENUF BEDDING FOR ALL GUESTS
Showed up 1 hr early. They accommodated which was nice. However our reservation was wrong. On my Hotels.com app, it said 4 adults 2 children which is what I booked, but the hotel said they only had 4 adults, 1 child in their computer system. So that in itself was a problem. Upon returning at midnight after our event we discovered that 2 of our 6 guests in the room who were sleeping on the couch and trundle had no bedding. The front desk told us there was NONE left and I should have asked for it when we checked in. What!? I expressed incredible dissatisfaction and told them that was unacceptable because I made a reservation for 6 people and expect the room to have the accommodations already in the Room for 6 people! I should not have to ask for bedding and pillows for 2 of the 6 guests registered in the room. In addition there is no way a hotel should ever run out of bedding! There should be enough bedding for every single bed in the hotel plus extras! It was after midnight I could not even go to Walmart to purchase a blanket. It was closed. The front desk attendant found 2 Queen sheets that we used to cover the couch and bare mattress for the trundle but my children had to use the bedding cover from the 2 Queen beds to cover up with which is only a thin sheet so they slept in their sweats and hoodies curled up under a sheet!!! For a brand new hotel to not have enough accommodations for every single bed and extras on hand is completely unacceptable.
