You’ll get Better service at a hostel
upon arrival, there is no person working at the front desk after 4pm. You have to check yourself in and using a broken machine they have at the front door. The volume on that machine is super low so you cannot hear instructions and look at the screen at the same time. My baby woke up sick in the middle of the night and threw up, but there’s no staff to bring you clean sheets so we had to sleep on a naked bed until the morning time. They do not bring you sheets or clean the floor in the room you have to bring your linen downstairs and then go redress the bed yourself. There is a daytime attendant, but Good Luck trying to interrupt her never-ending smoke break… And when she’s not on her smoke break, she’s in the back room and cannot hear you calling her for assistance( There’s at bell at the front). I travel often and have stayed at many different places Generally, I’m super easy-going person however, this establishment was a huge disappointment. Is not centered around the customer experience or comfort whatsoever, I have received better customer service at hostels. I would not recommend anybody to stay here with family

Extend stay Hotels is not for me
This is not a regular hotel with iron, hairdryer, soap, and there was no ice machine or ice bucket. Beds was very good and if you love hearing people walking around over your head than this is your hotel. The remote for the TV had the power button missing, but the TV was very large. It was clean room.

My reservation was cancelled once because nobody ever said ppl aren’t allowed to booking with third parties. I booked again through choice and it was cancelled AGAIN due to no vacancy. Why would the choice rep not be aware if this.??? To make matters worse there was no one at the front desk.!!!!!
