Let's the place back on track!!
Where do I start, first and foremost the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming during my check in. My only complaint is that I am hoping that the new ownership begins to make some serious renovations especially if they plan to continue to carry that particular brand name. The interior carpets are so worn out and tired, they needed to be replaced ten years ago. Hire someone to pressure wash the front entrance once every quarter, the dirt build up and stains on the walkway and exterior of the building is very unwelcoming to say the least. Replace some rooms furnishings as some drawers on nightstands would not remained closed. An actual attendant for the breakfast area would be nice as people go downstairs and make 4 to 6 waffles delaying others. An additional waffle maker on the weekends or during city events would help.
