I could not get checked in until 6:30pm, even though I had a reservation, because the rooms were not cleaned and ready. The young woman at the front desk would not put me in a 2 queen room as opposed to 1 king without an extra charge, so I had to wait. The keys she made always stopped working the next day. If you have to deal with someone at the front desk, try to deal with Mina, she is excellent, and my key had no problems after she made it. She is the only reason why I still gave staff a Good rating.
