He had a premium room which was very spacious and had a great view of the cathedral.
Hotel was also extremely close to S-Bahm/tram stop, thus giving great access to the city centre.

At check in guy was too busy on his phone to acknowledge us. Then couldn’t find the reservation. Kept asking my name as though the spelling would have changed since the first time a gave it. Eventually someone else showed up from break and could it straight away so he said to her you deal with it then.
Room was ok. Even with the heating on full, it didn’t get very warm.

Nice hotel
The hotel was close to the centre, 10min walk. There was also a station right by the hotel if needing transport to the centre station, too. The bar and lounge area was very nice and the room was very clean. The staff on check-in were lovely. One small downfall was the noise of the door at night, you could hear the main door slamming each time someone would enter or exit.
