DON'T STAY HERE
I booked The Noor Hotel for April 4, 2025. Their information clearly stated the check-in time was 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:30 pm, and he checked us into our room, and I gave him my credit card. Upon going to our room, it was filthy, the door was open, and people were standing all around it. When we returned to the front desk, he informed us that it was being cleaned and that we'd have to wait. The room was not being cleaned. We did wait a little while, but the situation seemed very sketchy first of all, and secondly, it was now almost 6:00 pm and still no room. So we went back to the front desk and told him we weren't staying, to give us a refund, to which he replied that he couldn't, that it had to come from Expedia. At this point, I messaged Expedia, and he put in a complaint ticket. We did not stay in the room. The hotel didn't provide a satisfactory room or options to stay. I was charged for the room $213.87 and not Hotels.com is offering a $25 one key cash as a poor substituted for not giving us a refund. None of what happened or continues to happen concerning this matter is ok.
