Valet Customer Service Ruined It For Me
Let me start by saying I’m a travel agent, so I travel a lot!!!! Overall, this was a very “OK” experience. I really wish that I could give it a better score but I’ll explain why I can’t. I had very high hopes. I read a lot of reviews and things before making a reservation at this hotel. I even specifically googled best hotel in Atlantic City and this is one of the top results … as soon as we got there I realized I was wrong. I will be frank… the valet service ruined my outlook on the entire trip, which is horrible considering valet is the first people you get to!! The first young man appeared to be high on something which needless to say makes you very nervous about handing the keys to your car over. They were very rude and unclear about the entire check in parking and Bell service process and sadly this soured the entire trip for me. It’s really sad when you have to judge the entire hotel and casino by the behaviors of the valet but when they are the first impression, it is a very lasting impression. I would expect more. Other than valet the room was nice. The restaurants were nice. The casino was nice but because everything else was just nice and not excellent it made it so that it was all just very “OK”. Personally, I will not be returning to this hotel, and I would seriously have to reconsider any MGM in the future for myself or for my clients!
