We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs area, but they were able to fix that. the general cleanliness, especially of the bathroom and patio area, was subpar, but it fit us fine for the few days we were there.

This is a crummy run down strange apart-hotel. Old think towels, zero amenities, no receptionist evenings & weekends, fresh towels were not offered, location is great but you are sharing a hall with families and young children making noise and cooking in an apartment building environment, not a hotel at all.

The hotel was basic. Clean, just not so modern, needs updating. Bed very comfy. Good room fan which was needed as it was quite warm on our visit. Didn’t use the kitchenette facility but looked well equipped.

The worst hotel ever, left after 1 night (paid for 3), the room had the worst stench, dirty, neglected, no AC. Tiny shoer, reminded me of my worst experiences in India...

nice for the budget
The location is perfect, close to everything so we didn't use transportation 10 min to the train station and by walk to the city center. The room is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. However, no one cleaned our room for three days and the shower is poorly fixed.

The property is great, easy access at all times of day or night. The room amenities are fantastic including fridge, sink, microwave and dishes. Just around the corner a few steps away is the best stocked supermarket ever with anything you could possibly need in food or toiletries. The helpdesk staff are really helpful and friendly. Tv in room and very comfortable beds.

In need of update
The hotel is in need of renovation, the rooms are basic and the shower was pretty poor. The rooms are smaller than they look on the photos. We stayed when there was a heat wave and the room was so hot, no air con, just a fan! Slippers were advertised but I couldn’t find any! The rooms were clean though.TV is 51 Cms not inches as I had thought and has no English speaking channels. However the 2 people I spoke to on reception were very lovely and accommodating. Although not the hotels fault, a lot of homeless gather around the corner at the supermarket and it could be quite intimidating to walk through them.

Apartment in Nantes city centre
Great location in central Nantes. Stayed in one of the spacious two-level apartment, two beds, small kitchen with fridge and good internet speed. Clean. Ideal for a small family. Some of the fittings and decoration could do with some renewing, but all fit for purpose. Staff really helpful. Nantes is brilliant for kids and adults alike and only an hour on the train to the coast for a day visit.

no air-conditioning, no kettle, no toaster...
and best of all no wifi. thanks ducs won't be back again. Cleaning staff deserve double pay cos that's the only good thing about it. Room had a galley kitchen, but boiling water in a saucepan for coffee gets tedious. I guess previous occupant nicked the kettle and toaster. g'luck with gettin a wifi connection there...
