Terrible stay, terrible experience ever since I’ve been staying at a Glo best western, reached out to corporate twice, 3 days after staying in one room, I woke up and the room was flooded, went to the front desk within minutes, was approached by the assistant manager all she did was hand me new room keys, not once said “ I do apologize for this matter” was moved to another room after being in that room for 2 days the water got shut off for 3 hours. No contact or heads up or anything for the guest. Went down stairs again to see what was going on, assistant manager once again offered bottled water to drink, didn’t show any sympathy for the inconvenience, I waked into the lobby the day after and was approached by different people letting me the GM Lori had told them it was suspicious activity in my room, asked why I was still staying there when I gave them a bad review? The stay is very convenient for getting my brother back and forth to school , other wise we would’ve definitely been gone. After my stays, I would never return.
