After prepaying for my stay, coming to the property after the time frame of being able to cancel for a full refund, I was told that they didn't accept any of the types of payments for a 40.00 deposit. I tried to come up with a solution with the front desk, asked for a manager who came out in a hostile manner, I asked her if she could calm down as I was just trying to find a solution as to not being screwed out of 400.00 that I prepaid. When her rudeness continued even after I offered to put down a 500.00 deposit the manager I responded with her customer service sucked and as a new hotel they should really try and be more accommodating as they worked on hospitality, this is when another manager came running out of the office as I was walking out of the hotel to go and ask my mother in law to use her card. When we returned, a different front desk representative said there was a note on file indicating that I was not allowed to to stay and that I would have to get a refund through Expedia because I was the individual that started an altercation - please keep in mind that this was all in front of my 4 year old child.
