There was construction work being done in the lobby when I arrived, so it was dark and uninviting. The front desk made no note of it while I checked in, and then my key card wouldn't work until the fourth or fifth try of running the card near the reader. The room was small, and not all of the lights worked. The guests who were staying there kept putting rocks in the exterior side door so they could come and go to smoke without a key, so I felt unsafe. While the price point was definitely good, the issues with the security, the check-in and ultimately the fact that the beds were hard makes me not want to stay at this hotel again.
