Very nice property, room was great. Two minor disappointments: only 1 hanger in the closet, I arrived at 10:30 PM and was tired so I told the front desk at checkout. Breakfast skimpy. No hot breakfast, toast and dry cereal, just and coffee. I will stay here again.

Homeless families, Pot stinks and noise.

Not good, no rest in 2 nights. I believe NY has hotels going up everywhere to take in a percentage of homeless. We stayed in room 215. Across the hall was a family living there. They had a child who was disabled and non verbal who screamed as a vocal que. The people were socializing with another family living there until 2:15AM. And the smell of pot from the hallway was coming into our room. If you have to take people in from social services please put them all together on one floor. Do not put them with the PAYING PUBLIC. Terrible business model. We wont be back.

Disappointed

Check-in was at 3 pm , room was still not ready at 4:30pm. When it was ready it was disgusting. Room was not cleaned and smelled like bleach and fish.

They cancelled my booking within hours of my check in time. No assistance in finding any accommodation in any Wyndham hotels anywhere close. Just a ‘sorry, we’ve cancelled your booking’.(said there was room damage) I will never book a stay at Wyndham ever again.

This hotel smells like cigarettes through out the whole hotel the staff was very non helpful when I made a complaint when I asked for a new room I wasn’t accommodated. It was very noisy I could hear what was going on in the other rooms next to me and on top of me. There were cigarett burns on the furniture. I will not be staying there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it
