Disappointed
No bolt lock on the door. Not informed that the heater in the 2nd bedroom did not work was told the next morning that there was a space heater in the closet; there was not. Coffee round packets did not fit the coffee pot. No paper towels and when I asked for some as we were using hand towels was told well lucky you had toilet paper and was given more hand towels as she didn’t know where the paper towels were. After a very cold evening, chair in front of door- I asked to speak to the manager or maintain r person and was denied. I insisted that if you run a hotel tired and sleeping is not an excuse for a manager to not be available. Manager was women, found paper towels in a minute, had a space heater delivered even though I told her this was unsafe especially if a family had small children, it came with no remote. 3 quilts delivered and a free night coupon printed. If I can hang onto the original for my next year visit. I’ve stayed here numerous times before and will look elsewhere given the snarkiness of the desk person. I used the 6 round coffee packs to the coffee pot and it made a small pot thankful there was coffee downstairs. The charge to my card and the charge on the paperwork I signed was $100 difference, when I asked too the paperwork I signed I was not allowed to touch or take a picture of - I did try. I paid $767.54 on my Credit Card and the amount I signed for at Oceanview Inn At The Arch was $600 something . At 1st I was told the paperwork was not at the desk!
