Virtual Front Desk control of 3 facilites? Must be kidding. On arrival at 8PM, no Access Control Pedestal for the provided code, told by someone on the phone "you must be at the rear gate" despite not being a "rear gate" at THAT property. 20 minutes driving around searching for a "front gate" to ending at the "rear gate", told I had to get out of my car and walk towards the gate to find a "small" keypad on the wall, unmarked and unlit, lacking any kind of protective from possible rain. At the parking, voila!!!, no one at front desk. Once again, on the phone, asked the registration email form; instructed to walk toward my room to open it with another keypad.
Upon returning the next day, "phoned" again to retrieve the access code for my "room" being asked on which hotel/lodge/MOTEL I was staying so, there was more than one being managed by SIRI/ALEXA or whatever was at the other end. WOW, StarTrek experience!!! Ended up walking away the next morning without meeting a living soul other that the girls in charge of maintenance.
NASTY unfinished floors and walls, unpainted, full of plaster patches, unable to tell if clean or not due to raw masonry. Open shower with no hot water running to bathroom and room floors. Access and safety: Was I given the SAME access code used by the previous guest? Street gate's don't change!! so, anyone can return. Guess it, NO guards!
An expensive nasty cheap 8-hour-fun road motel without a cold beer/soda or snack, or else, found for $50 elsewhere.
