I stayed one night due to flight connections This hotel offers nice bedrooms, the air conditioning is good which it’s important for me and the reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the standard check in is at 4:00 pm, other than that I was satisfied with this hotel

Convenient spot in punda
Front desk was very helpful with helping me with where to park and that was appreciated. We were there on a Friday night so it was loud until after midnight because of the rooftop bar. Olá, gostamos muito de se hospedar neste hotel. O café da manhã é ótimo e todo atendimento de toda equipe também. Eu passei mal e foram muito atenciosos chamando um médico inclusive para me atender no quarto. A única coisa que eu deixaria para melhorias é a limpeza do quarto. Não lavaram o banheiro enquanto estivemos lá e nem fizeram reposição de sabonete e toalhas. Mas de resto foi tudo perfeito! Muito grata por todo cuidado e atenção! A localização é ótima bem no centro e ficamos num quarto estremamento confortável e espaçoso.

Fall Getaway
I knew coming in that there was going to be construction, but it turned out to be no inconvenience. I was hoping that part of the construction was also to finish off the work in the rooms, hallway, etc. That was not the case. It's a shame because overall it's a nice hotel. One strange thing was the position of the shower head. They put it to face the shower curtain, so all the water ends up on the floor. If they replace that with a glass door, that could alleviate the problem, but I don't think the owners see this as important. They are also happy with the carpet being lumpy as it wasn't measured and installed properly. The actual food/drinks in the restaurants are nothing special. What is amazing about the hotel is the bed, pillows and staff. Every front desk staff person was happy, helpful, smiling, attentive, went above and beyond and that made all the difference. Special shout out to Armandi!

Our stay at Elements was wonderful. The staff was very warm, helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not included so we paid for it through Expedia and it was amazing! Walking distance to everything- to the Curaçao sign, the bridge, eating options, shopping. However, the hotel is under renovation so there are a lot of workmen on site... but that didn't bother us. All in all, Elements is a top pick if you're on a budget.

Overall a fantastic stay (the roof with pool is amazing) and the location is perfect. Our only issue was that we rented a car and were told there was plenty of parking available. The free parking lot in front is the parking lot that is available to everyone in town so finding a spot was very difficult. Be prepared to pay for hourly parking in the garage next door.

While the hotel has great potential to be the luxury hotel it purports itself to be, I would have preferred that they stated upfront that they were under construction. The all-inclusive breakfast was a served plate with the same items for three days everyday. While generally Curaçao is expensive, they were too high in price for the conditions of the hotel. The customer service representatives spoke as if they were trained by a drill sergeant.., was not pleased with this booking
