1-Star Review: Misleading, Poorly Managed & Not Worth Your Money
Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We booked expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but what we got was far from that.
First of all, despite the fact that the hotel was practically empty — maybe 10 rooms out of 80 occupied — we were assigned one of the worst possible rooms. It felt like no thought or care was given to our stay. The room itself was outdated and uncomfortable. Instead of a proper closet, there was just an **open space with no doors, and to make matters worse, the hotel had installed the water heater and furnace right inside that space. It was noisy, unsightly, and totally impractical.
What really left us speechless was the fact that the pool and jacuzzi were completely closed due to “cleaning issues” — yet the hotel still charged us a full resort fee.
There were no restaurant, no bar, no amenities to justify that fee. How can a hotel call itself a “resort” when none of the resort services are even available?
The Wi-Fi barely worked, the front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and to top it all off, the parking situation was terrible.
The parking lot is located quite a distance from most rooms, making it very inconvenient to carry your luggage or come and go, especially at night.
Overall, this hotel does not deserve the 3-star rating it has. It’s run-down, poorly managed, and clearly does not care about guest experience. We left feeli
